Hidden "Oatmeal" Choclate chip loaded cookies

"Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies...for those that say...they "I don't like oatmeal!"Theses cookies are to die 4 it is truly a delishwish cookie is all I can say, have had this recipie for years and just tried it out and felt there was a needed to share it!"

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Process oats in a blender or food processor to a fine powder. Transfer to a large bowl,add flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt.
  3. In a separte bowl,cream butter and both sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture blending well. Add chocolate chips,grated hershey bar and nuts. Roll dough into 1 inch balls or drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. If dough is sticky add about 4 tabespoons of flour blend well and continue.
  4. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until edges are golden. Transfer to cooling rack. Makes 60 cookies.
