  1. - Add sake, juice, lemon juice, thawed raspberries and ice to a blender.
  2. - Pulse several times until raspberries are completely crushed
  3. - Strain to remove ice
  4. - Pour into sake glasses
  5. - Garnish with a few raspberries. Serve Chilled
