  1. Combine vinegar, soya sauce, black pepper, garlic paste, ginger paste and salt in a bowl and marinate chicken breasts for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet with 1 TBS of oil and fry the chicken breasts.
  3. Cut the ready chicken breasts into strips 1 cm thick.
  4. Deep fry the potatoes and set aside.
  5. Combine 1 tsp garlic and mayonnaise and set aside.
  6. Spread the garlic mayonnaise on the pita bread.
  7. Sprinkle the bread with chicken strips, pickled cucumbers and potato chips.
  8. Roll up and serve.
