  1. Make whipped cream first. Beat ingredients until stiff.
  2. For cider: bring the cream and brown sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the cider and water and raise the heat to medium high, heating just until cider begins to steam (about 4 minutes.
  4. Divide among 4 mugs, topping with 2T. of caramel whipped cream and serve immediately.
