  1. Arrange broas or lady fingers on the sides and bottom of a 9-ich pan with a detechable bottom
  2. Dissolve 1 sachet unflavored gelatin in 1/4c water. Heat in a small saucepan for 40seconds or unitl gelatin has dissolved
  3. Whip bream in an electric mixer then slowly mix in sugar and mango puree. Fold in the disslved gelatin. Pour into the prepared pan.
  4. Chill for about 6hours or until set. Before serving, garnish with sliced mangoes and sweetened whipped cream
