"I started making this years ago when I lived with a French roommate who was kind enough to begin teaching me to cook outside of boxes and pre-made foods. The homemade crust really makes a difference and it only adds an extra 15 min or so to the prep. Enjoy!"

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix up all ingredients for the dough. Spread dough evenly on bottom and sides of 9in pie dish.
  3. In a bowl combine all the ingredients you are using for the filling and mix well. Pour into the pie dish.
  4. Cook at 375 for 45 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
