Lemon and Allspice Chicken with Couscous

"This recipe is quick and basic, but the flavor is sophisticated. Moreover, it's made from ingredients you may well have on hand, even if you haven't recently been to the grocer. The flavors of lemon, allspice, shallots, white wine, butter, olive oil, and chicken render a beautiful, light, and balanced sauce, and the couscous soaks up every delicious drop."
