  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. In a fry pan pour in the olive oil, mushrooms and chicken chunks. Cook over medium heat til done. Set aside.
  3. Spray a 9x13x2 glass baking dish with Pam.
  4. Layer the pan with enough noodles to cover the bottom, do not let noodles over lap as they will expand with cooking.
  5. Smooth Ricotta to cover noodles.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella to cover.
  7. Continue to layer til pan is 3/4 filled.
  8. Sprinkle with granulated garlic to taste.
  9. Combine Chicken and Alfredo sauce and pour over final layer in pan. Generously spread mozzarella over mixture.
  10. Spray a piece of aluminum foil with pam.
  11. Cover with foil, sprayed side over food.
  12. Bake for 30 minutes.
  13. Remove from oven and remove the foil. Return to oven and bake til hot and bubbly.
  14. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
