Original recipe yields 4 servings

  1. Season the chicken breast with the lemon pepper seasoning, (a pinch on each side).
  2. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Sear chicken until desired color is accomplished (about 7 mins. per side).
  4. Remove chicken from pan, and cover with aluminum foil to retain juices.
  5. Add butter, lemon slices, garlic, dressing, fire roasted tomatoes and chilli flakes to pan.
  6. Cook on medium low heat and stir about ten minutes.
  7. Spoon sauce over plated chicken.
  8. Garnish with parsley.
