  1. Preheat oven to 325*F. Make brownie recipe. Pour into well oiled 9"x13" pan. Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
  2. Mix together coconut, chocolate chips, walnuts, and pecans.
  3. Pour over the brownies some sweetened condensed milk. Just enough to mostly cover the brownies. Then sprinkle over that a layer of the coconut/chocolate/nut mixture. Then pour some more sweetened condensed milk over that layer.
  4. Continue layering until gone. Make sure the top layer is sweetened condensed milk, just dont pour too much on the top.
  5. Put pan back into the oven for about 45 minutes or until coconut is well toasted and edges are nicely cooked. It WILL be gooey. It is good fresh, but improves if left to cool.
