  1. Saute bell peppers in olive oil about 5 minutes or until soft and set aside.
  2. Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts.
  3. Cut chicken into small bite size pieces
  4. Mix taco seasoning and flour in a bowl.
  5. Dredge chicken in seasoning mixture.
  6. Saute chicken in olive oil on med high heat until juices run clear.
  7. Add bell peppers, black beans, and salsa to the chicken.
  8. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve with white rice and top with cheese.
