  1. Saute onion, green pepper and ground beef in a large skillet until beef is browned, drain.
  2. Return to pan and mix in seasoning packet, tomato paste, and 1 1/2 cans consommé soup. Mix and heat through.
  3. Serve immediately over cooked pasta.
  4. Use remaining consommé to thin any leftovers.
