Tempura Dipping Sauce

Pat Fasnacht

"A good, basic dipping sauce for tempura. The dashi gives it the authentic Japanese flavor. Great on it's own, or it can individualized by adding either grated ginger root, grated daikon radish or red pepper flakes."
