Reduced Carb BBQ Sauce

  1. In a small sauce pan, off of the heat, combine all dry ingredients stirring until well blended.
  2. Add ketchup Worcestershire and 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar to the dry ingredients.
  3. Pour the remaining Red wine vinegar into the now empty ketchup bottle to "rinse out" all remaining ketchup and pour it into the pan.
  4. Stir the sauce until well mixed
  5. Cover you sauce pan and heat until it reaches a boil
  6. Promptly remove from heat and allow to cool
  7. Refrigerate in an air tight container for at least 12 hours before use for optimal flavor.
