Original recipe yields 10 servings

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together EXCEPT for the chocolate chips. Beat 4 minutes. Fold in chips. Spray Bundt Pan or Fluted Pan with Butter or reg. flavored Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool 20 minutes in pan then remove from pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar if desired.
