  1. Stir eggs, brown sugar and spices until blended. Add milk and pumpkin. Stir until mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into a 9 inch glass pie pan. Sprinkle with whole or chopped pecans (optional). Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and bake for an additional 30-40 minutes. Cool at least one hour then enjoy.
