Boil pasta until just under done, drain and shock in cold water. Mix cooked sausage, ricotta and seasonings together. In a 13x9 cassarole dish begin with enough red sauce to cover the bottom. Layer in the following order until ingredients are gone. Pasta, Alfredo Sauce, meat mixture, Red Sauce, Shredded Cheese. Top with enough Shredded Cheese to cover completely. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer or until cheese bubbles.
