Best Breadpudding Ever!

  1. place bread in a 9x13 inch buttered or nonstick pan
  2. slightly beat 8 large eggs..1 1/2 cups of sugar..2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla...1 quart of whole milk..1 1/2 cups of whipping cream..2 teaspoons of cinnamon...pour over bread and cover with raisins..set aside...whisk eggs,sugar,vanilla,milk,cream and cinnamon together and pour over bread..allow mixture to sit at least 45 minutes..pressing bread down gently with a fork..until most of the liquid is absorbed..bake in a 325 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes...becareful not to overbake!
  3. Carmal Sauce..1/2cup of sugar..1/2 cups of corn syrup...1/2 cups of cream...1/3 cups of butter..and 1 teaspoon of vanilla...bring to a boil and cool..this is so good!
