"These are a traditional Italian cookie made for any special occasion. They are very good, but take a little work. Bring to a party and they will disappear! This is the recipe handed down through my husbands family from Italy. Enjoy!"
One cup at a time add dry ingredients to wet ensuring that it is well combined.
If you have a stand mixer with a dough hook or a food processor this will help smooth out the dough. Or mix/kneed with your hands until smooth. (coating you hands in a bit of oil will help it not stick.
Take by heaping tablespoons and Roll into balls.
Squish the balls to flatten a little bit and place on a cookie sheet.
