"This is a thick pudding so don't expect a traditional box pudding texture. My children aren't crazy about pie crust so this is perfect for them. It is REALLY good!"

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Lightly grease a small (1 qt.) slow cooker.
  3. In a food processor, combine sugar, baking mix & spices, pulse.
  4. Add butter, milk & eggs, then pulse again.
  5. Then process in pumpkin and vanilla to the mixture until smooth.
  6. Pour into prepared slow cooker.
  7. Heat on low for about 4 hrs.
  8. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
