  1. 1.) Soak domed roaster dish lid for 10 minutes.
  2. 2.) Remove some of the papery outer skins from the garlic and slice off the tops of the cloves.
  3. 3.) Drizzle olive oil over prepared bulbs. Sprinkle with seasonings, as desired.
  4. 4.) Place in cold oven then set oven temperature to 325.
  5. 5.) Bake for 45-55 minutes until garlic is tender and husks are golden brown. Baste with oil, occasionally.

  7. 6.) Top garlic with many slices of Brie. Place in oven until cheese begins to melt.
  8. 7.) Serve with bread slices or crackers.
