  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl toss bread cubes with cream & milk until all cubes are moistened. Set aside.
  3. In an other large bowl whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and mix in the raisins.
  5. Let it sit in the fridge for 30-60 minutes, so the bread cab soak up the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Scoop mixture into 8 ramekins and bake for about 60 minutes.
  7. Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar or if desired top with whipped cream.
