  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. 2. In a large bowl toss bread cubes with whipping cream and milk until all cubes are moistened. Set aside.
  3. 3. In an other large bowl whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and mix in the raisin.
  5. 5. Scoop mixture into 8 ramekins and bake for about 60 minutes.
  6. 6. Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
  7. 7. If desired, top with Cinnamon Whipped Cream: beat chilled cream with sugar and cinnamon until peaks form.
