  1. preheat oven to 375'
  2. combine first 5 ingredients together
  3. combine next five ingredients together
  4. mix together wet and dry - do not over mix.
  5. gently add in zucchini and walnuts
  6. pour into two greased loaf pans
  7. bake for 45 - 60 min until toothpick comes out clean
