  1. Place the following in a medium size baking pan/dish:
  2. Peel the banannas, slice each one in half lengthwise, then slice those halves into 3-4 pieces.
  3. Add the cherries, pineapples, coconut, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  4. Mix very well.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until fruits are soft.
  6. *For an added treat the kids love, add the mini marshmallow directy after removing from oven. Mix well again to allow the marshmallows to melt in.
  7. *For an adult treat, add the dark rum after removing from oven.
  8. Serve warm.
