  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Peel both yams and rinse. Cut the yams into wedges
  3. place on pan that has been sprayed with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning salt onto the yams
  5. Place in ovenand bake for 25 minutes until the yams are soft
  6. Place on a serving dish and enjoy with dip
  7. For dip
  8. Combine all the ingredients and enjoy with the yam fries
