  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees and grease cookie sheets.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in eggs, oil, and molasses with the dry ingredients.
  4. Let sit for about 10-15 minutes to let the dough settle.
  5. Roll teaspoon size balls of dough in hands and place about one inch apart on greased cookie sheets.
  6. Sprinkle sugar on the tops of all dough balls before placing the cookie sheets in the oven.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
