  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pound chops to 1/2 inch thickness.
  2. Mix cracker crumbs and italian seasoning. Beat egg. Place flour, egg and crumbs in seperate shallow dishes.
  3. Dredge chops in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat in cracker crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in skillet to medium-high heat. Brown each side of coated chops for 3-5 min each sides, being careful not to burn.
  5. Place chops on cookie sheet, cover each with 1/4 cup of sauce and 1/4 cup cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven until cheese bubbles and pork in cooked through.
