  1. Preheat oven to temperature indicated on the can of dough. Make egg wash by mixing egg with 1/4 cup water. Set aside.
  2. In bowl, combine chicken, bacon and pepper. Add just enough BBQ sauce to coat mixture evenly. Mix in 1 cup cheese.
  3. On smooth, clean, well-floured surface, unroll dough and spread/roll out to 1/4 inch thick, keeping rectangular shape.
  4. Evenly distribute mixture down middle of dough. Top mixture with more BBQ sauce and rest of cheese.
  5. Fold one side of dough over mixture. Brush egg wash on edge of folded dough. Then fold over other side of dough, sealing with egg wash.
  6. Seal both ends of loaf well with egg mixture. Brush top of bread with egg wash.
  7. Carefully place bread on greased cookie sheet. Bake 25-35 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to partially cool before slicing. ENJOY!
