  1. Brown turkey in 1/2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, set aside
  2. In same pan saute onion, jalapenos and garlic in remaining olive oil until onions begin to carmelize using med. heat.
  3. Add spices, cubed yam and green chili salsa. Allow to heat through until extra liquid is evaporated.
  4. Warm tortillas and fill with mixture and serve.
  5. Garnish with sliced advacado or sour cream.
