  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the eyes, nose and mouth out of your peppers.
  3. Cut the top off and gently scoop our the remaining seeds.
  4. In a bowl mix the beef with all the remaining ingredients.
  5. Once all ingredients, except for the peppers, are mixed together, then you are ready to stuff the peppers.
  6. Place them into a 8 x 8 x 2 inch casserole dish, standing. They may need to lean against each other a little.
  7. Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour.
