  1. Dice the celery, green pepper, and onions and cook until soft in a large sauce pan.
  2. Add in the frozen mixed veggies and ground beef. Continue to cook until all veggies are soft and ground beef is brown. Drain the mixture of the fat.
  3. Cook Stuffing according to directions on the box. Set Aside.
  4. Add the Cream of Mushroom Soup to the Beef and Veggie mix. Cook until Soup is warm.
  5. In a 9 x 13 baking pan, layer the beef, veggie, soup mix then cover with the stuffing and serve.
