First, in a skillet put the cut pieces of chicken together with the 2 cups of water, salt, black pepper, and garlic (not all of the garlic). Let it boil until the chicken is totally cook inside. Drain remaining water. Let evaporates all of the water till it dry and put the olive oil. Fried the chicken,till it golden brown and cook.
Set aside the chicken..
On the same skillet, fry the remaining garlic and when it golden brown, put the can of cherry tomato.
Saute the cherry tomato till it all crushed.
Put the chicken on the skillet, roll it over, cover it then simmer it for 5 mins.
