  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Let marinate into itsself over night.
  3. In large ziploc or sealed bowl, add marinade then the meat of choice (Flat Iron, Sirloin, T-Bone, London Broil, etc. , virtually ANY beef or poultry). Marinate overnight for a good bathing!
  4. Then take the meat to the grill!
