Amazing Whipped Potatoes

"These potatoes are a perfect compliment to ANY meal. I add a bit of room-temperature cream cheese, and a tablespoon of sour cream without telling the family. They turn out perfect- fluffy, and very tasty."

  1. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes and place in large pot. Cover with water and boil until tender.
  2. Drain and place in large mixing bowl.
  3. Add butter and cream cheese and begin to mix with electric mixer until butter has mostly melted.
  4. Add milk, sour cream and salt and pepper and whip potatoes until smooth and lump free. Enjoy!
