  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add pasta. Wheat pasta will take longer to cook.
  2. As the water is boling and the pasta is cooking the meal can be prepared.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet. Add chopped onions, garlic and pepper. Cook at a low heat until onions are clear.
  4. Add white wine and balsalmic vinegar. Cook for five minutes on a low heat.
  5. Add chicken and cherry tomatoes and turn heat up to medium.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked the pasta should be ready. If it is not, keep chicken mixture on low heat.
  7. Once pasta is ready, strain the water out and add the chicken mixture. Add two chopped avocados and stir together.
  8. Good with some garlic bread and a nice glass of wine.
