  1. In a large skillet, mix hashbrowns, onions, garlic powder and oil. Cover. Stir occasionally until hashbrowns and onions are cook til soft and golden brown.
  2. In small skillet, cook sausage. Remove sausage, reserve grease.
  3. Wisk eggs with milk or water. Pour into sausage grease and scramble.
  4. Cook bacon til crisp.
  5. Fill tortillas to liking and add toppings of your choice.
