  1. Melt butter in heavy saucepan
  2. Add garlic and saute on medium to low heat for 1-2 minutes
  3. Add jar of Alfredo sauce to pan - turn heat to low
  4. Whisk in milk or cream
  5. Add salt and/or pepper as desired
  6. Cook over low heat until heated through (3-5 minutes or so)
  7. In oval baking dish combine diced turkey, tortellini and Alfredo sauce, combining just to evenly coat turkey and pasta
  8. Top with grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese and bake in 325 degree oven 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly
  9. Great served with crusty Italian bread and salad
