In a Dutch oven add 5 cups water,tomatoes,green pepper,onion,mushrooms.beef boullian, let simmer over med heat
In a skillet add enough cooking oil to cover the bottom of the pan and let heat up over med heat, in the meantime stir the egg and milk in a bowl and the flour and salt and pepper in another bowl.Add the steak to the milk and egg mixture and then dredge into the flour shaking off the excess flour and put into the skillet and let fry until both sides are brown about 3-4 minutes per side... the middle does not have to be cooked.
once the steak is browned immediatly put directly into the dutch oven with the tomatoes,peppers,and onions.
place the lid and let simmer for 3-4 hours on med heat
once steak is tender you can thicken gravy with a little flour/water mixture. But gravy will be some-what thick already... Serve over mashed potatoes or rice
