  1. Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in the pot, sprinkle generously with the taco seasoning, and pour salsa over the chicken.
  2. Let cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  3. After chicken is cooked, remove from the pot.
  4. Stir in the low fat sour cream, the cheese and the cooked rice.
