  1. Boil the chicken breasts with salt and the onion for 1 hour, set aside.
  2. In a really big pan (if you have a paellera pan will be great), cook the chorizo,it should look like cooked ground meat. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan with out washing it saute the pieces of chicken breast,set aside.
  4. Then saute the cocktail and chicken franks, set aside.
  5. still using the same pan cooked the shrimps, set aside.
  6. Saute the peas and the lima beans, set aside.
  7. Poor olive oil about 6 tsp. and saute the uncooked rice with the chopped garlic.
  8. finally combine all the ingredients you set aside in the pan with the rice,add the chicken broth and the saffron,also add salt to taste and the diced pimentos. Cover the pan and let it simmer until the rice is fully cooked.
