  1. mix all dry ingredients.
  2. add in honey, almond butter, and oil.
  3. get a little oil on your hands so that the mixture doesn't stick, roll into balls about 1.5" in diameter (2 tbsp or so).
  4. cover with plastic and refrigerate until you need an energy boost.
