  1. Cook 8 slices of bacon on baking sheet in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with seasoning.
  3. Sautee the chicken on medium heat in skillet with butter/olive oil mixture for about 10 minutes or until done.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, drizzle 1 TB olive oil over tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  5. Roast tomato slices in 450 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
  6. When chicken is done, wrap skillet handle with foil. Top chicken breasts with tomato slices, bacon and 2 slices of Havarti cheese.
  7. Broil until cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish chicken with sliced green onions.
