Southern Swiss Chocolate Cake

"This cake is a favorite with anyone who tries it. The recipe is fairly easy to make, but finished product is very impressive. The key to this recipe is the pudding. People will think you spent all day in the kitchen. **Makes three 9" inch layers.**"

  2. Bake in the center of preheated oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove cake from oven and let completely cool.
  4. While cake is cooling, combine cream cheese and both sugars until smooth. Next, add Cool Whip and pecans. Mix well.
  5. Frost completely cooled cake by spreading a thin amount of icing between each layer. Frost sides and top of cake with remaining icing. Garnish top of cake with grated chocolate bar.
