  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips after tenderizing if necessary. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and add chicken to dish.
  2. In medium saucepan combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown & white sugar, vinegar, garlic and ginger.
  3. In small bowl mix water and cornstarch. Add cornstrach mixture to saucepan.
  4. Place over medium heat until mixture comes to a slow boil and begins to thicken. Add salt and pepper and pour over chicken.
  5. Bake chicken at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, baste chicken, cover with foil and bake an additional 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Basting every 10 - 15 minutes.
  6. Microwave or steam broccoli and add to chicken dish 15 minutes before chicken is done.
  7. Serve over white or brown rice.
