  1. In a large skillet, saute onions and peppers in olive oil and garlic powder.
  2. When vegetables are tender, add chicken and cook until pieces are lightly browned.
  3. Add mushrooms and artichoke hearts, and cook just until mushrooms are slightly soft.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low, and stir in condensed soup, milk, yogurt, wine, parsley, and salt and pepper.
  5. Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package directions.
  6. Drain well, and add to skillet.
  7. Mix well, and simmer 5-10 minutes more, or until bubbly and heated through.
