  1. Combine tuna marinade ingredients in plastic bag
  2. Add steaks and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours turning once.
  3. Meanwhile combine tomatoes,cucumber,scallions,and herbs
  4. Mix remaining ingredients,pour over vegetables mixing well.
  5. Heat 10" sauce pan over medium high heat
  6. When pan is hot,add oil and tilt pan to distribute oil
  7. Remove tuna from marinade draining excess
  8. Sear tuna 1to 1/2 min until a nice sear develops
  9. Turn and cook tuna just until outside is white but center is still slightly pink, Tuna will continue to cook through once removed from heat.
  10. Plate the tuna and cover with the vegetable topping.
