Melt butter until foamy on medium heat, add celery, onion and red pepper, cook until soft for 10 minutes. Add half & half, parsley, salt and pepper. When mixture just starts to boil, add entire can of oysters and liquid to mixture. Add hot sauce. When oysters begin to curl, stew is done. Remove from heat, let sit for five minutes, then serve with a hunk of buttered crusty bread.
