  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Spray casserole dish with non stick spray
  3. Slice 2 potatoes and place in casserole dish covering bottom
  4. Put 1/2 can mushroom soup, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/3 of onion slices and pepper to taste on top of potatoes
  5. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients
  6. Pour milk over top of dish
  7. Cover and place in preheated oven
  8. Cook for approximately 1 hour
