  1. Slice each chicken breast to create a pocket
  2. Stuff with 1/4 cup haggis
  3. Wrap 2 pieces of the parma ham tightly around each piece of chicken.
  4. place on baking sheet, cover and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degree celsius for 15mins. Remove the cover and continue baking for another 10 - 15mins to crisp up the parma ham, turning once. Ensure the chicken is completely cooked before serving.
